The receiving address is intentionally not displayed publicly to reduce automated spam. Do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the form.

Retention, security, and choices

Wind Warrior retains information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting Wind Warrior; requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Children

The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Wind Warrior does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Purchase information

Where purchases occur

Wind Warrior products may be offered directly by Wind Warrior or through authorized retailers, clubs, resorts, marketplaces, distributors, or other sellers. The seller identified at checkout is responsible for the transaction and its seller-specific terms.

Pricing and acceptance

Prices, taxes, fees, promotions, and product availability may change before an order is accepted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Orders may be declined or canceled for errors, suspected fraud, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons, with any required refund provided.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Payment cards are subject to validation and authorization by the issuer. Wind Warrior is not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by an issuer’s refusal to authorize payment. Never email full payment-card information to Wind Warrior.

Business and custom orders

Club, resort, tournament, wholesale, custom-branded, and other business orders may require a separate quote, purchase order, deposit, production approval, minimum quantity, shipping arrangement, or written agreement. Those transaction documents control over general website language.

SHIPPING & RETAILER PURCHASES

After a purchase

Shipping estimates

When Wind Warrior directly fulfills an in-stock standard-delivery order, the estimated delivery window is generally 2–7 business days unless a different estimate is provided. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Out-of-stock, custom, wholesale, international, weather-affected, or carrier-delayed orders may require additional time.

Retailer purchases

Purchases made from another retailer, marketplace, club, resort, distributor, or seller must be returned to that seller and are governed by that seller’s return, exchange, cancellation, and refund policies. Wind Warrior cannot directly refund a transaction completed by a separate seller. If you are having an issue with the retailer, let us know by sending us a message.

Direct purchases and warranty

Qualifying purchases made directly through the Wind Warrior website are subject to the direct-purchase warranty and return policy described below. A dated receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required for warranty service or a return.

Product and weather safety

Wind Warrior products are designed to improve performance in ordinary weather conditions, but no umbrella eliminates weather risk or is suitable for every condition. Do not use an umbrella during lightning, severe storms, dangerous winds, near power lines, while driving, or in any situation where use could create a hazard. Follow product instructions and use reasonable judgment.
